Microblading
Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure used to enhance the appearance of eyebrows. It involves manually depositing pigment into the upper layers of the skin using a handheld tool with fine needles. The technique creates realistic hair-like strokes that mimic the natural look of eyebrow hair.
During a microblading session, a trained technician or an aesthetician will work with the client to determine the desired shape, thickness, and color of the eyebrows. The technician will then use a sterile blade or a set of needles to create small incisions in the superficial layers of the skin, following the natural direction of hair growth. Pigment is then applied into the incisions, allowing it to be absorbed by the skin.
The purpose of microblading is to fill in sparse or thinning eyebrows, redefine the shape of the eyebrows, or create eyebrows where there are none. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals with over-plucked, asymmetrical, or naturally thin eyebrows. The results typically last for about one to three years, but they can vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
